Look no further. ESCO is searching for the ultimate Customer Service Representative to join their SLC team, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by professionally handling calls and providing a 5-star customer experience by “Going Beyond Satisfaction to Customer Delight” ™

Monday thru Friday, day shifts, 40 hours per week. Competitive hourly pay plus bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Set appointments for ESCO customers.
  • After appointment quality assurance calls with customers.
  • Lead through example and motivate other team members to excel.
